NOURISHING YOUR CYCLE - PRIVATE WORKSHOPS


Join me for a discussion about optimal nutrition for each phase of your menstrual cycle. We’ll talk about the best spices, herbs and whole foods to enjoy as you move through the month in order to optimise wellness and hormonal balance. We’ll learn about how to track and understand your cycle and what is happening hormonally during each phase, and how to eat, and care for yourself during each phase. We’ll learn about herbal tea infusions for hormonal health how to create our own cycle wellness tea infusions at home.

Everyone who joins will receive a digital ‘micro cookbook’ with a delicious nourishing meal and tea infusion recipe for each phase of your cycle.

This workshop will also include a Q&A. You can submit questions ahead of time.
