I find traditional potato salad to be vile. Perhaps it's because I'm seriously anti-mayo and don't enjoy potatoes cold. There are so many variations on a classic potato salad, however, and here is one that uses yogurt instead of mayo, and is served hot with some gorgeous crispy roasted potatoes.
