About this Event
This virtual workshop will focus on all ways to "harness our hormones" to feel our best during each phase of our cycles. We'll begin with a restorative and calming yoga flow led by the talented & inspiring Pamela. The second part of the workshop will be an interactive nutrition demo (that you can participate in from your own kitchen!) working with various ingredients to enhance wellness throughout your cycle, especially during your period.
We'll focus on easing digestive discomforts, boosting mood and restoring energy by creating some herbal tea tonics and nutritionally optimal snacks for hormonal balance.
Following the yoga & food crafting we'll have a discussion about all things cycle; hormones, period hacks & empowerment -- no topic is off limits!
