Healthy Asian Broth Cooking Workshop with Yoga Kula

Join me and the Yoga Kula Community for a healthy, express cooking class. This recipe is perfect for the colder weather and as a way to recover any lost energy.

You'll need the following ingredients and equipment to participate.

INGREDIENTS

  • Assorted fresh and/or dried mushrooms

  • 1 package of nori seaweed sheets

  • Good salt, preferably pink himalyan salt

  • Ginger

  • garlic cloves (Optional)

  • A couple leeks

  • Assorted fridge clear-out veggies! Carrots, celery, leeks, broccoli stalks etc.

  • Organic veg stock cubes

EQUIPMENT

  • One big pot, one cutting board, one knife
