You'll need the following ingredients and equipment to participate.

Assorted fresh and/or dried mushrooms
1 package of nori seaweed sheets
Good salt, preferably pink himalyan salt
Ginger
garlic cloves (Optional)
A couple leeks
Assorted fridge clear-out veggies! Carrots, celery, leeks, broccoli stalks etc.
Organic veg stock cubes
